Sulma Arzu-Brown is a proud Garifuna woman born in Honduras, Central America. Sulma received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Herbert Lehman College of the City University of New York. Sulma is priviledged to serve as an advocate for all hispanics by providing resources for growth and prosperity.  As the VP of Operations she is tasked with creating quality seminars , one of a kind networting experiences with the goal connecting and building long lasting partnerships.  Sulma’s leadership has contributed the growth of the NYCHCC specially among the new generation of business leaders. Sulma is also a seasoned author and speaker serving as the voice of diversity & inclusion within the Latin Diaspora.  Sulma has been featured on NYTime Magazine, Univision’s Despierta America, NBCblk, Huff Post (Black Voices, Latino, Parents, Lifestyle) Telemundo 47 – Primera Edición, Essence.com, Nueva York Noticias 1,  ABC’s Here and Now, ABC’s Tiempo, Voices of New York, La Voz Hispana Newspaper, Janel Martinez’ “Ain’t I Latina” blog, La Prensa Honduras, About.com en Español, Black Enterprise Magazine and Latin Trend Magazine,  just to name a few…  She has also served as a contributor sharing her story and offering her unique perspective for Latina Magazine, Motto of Time.com and Heart and Soul Magazine.
