I was born in Cuba and after moving to The Bronx, I attend and Graduated from NYU with a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science in the late 60's I was a merchant on So. Blvd. for many years, and through those years I got involved in Real Estate which i am still involed. Locally, I was a Director of The So. Blvd. Merchant Association, President of The So. Blvd, and the Director of The Hispanic Resource Center in Mamaroneck NY. I also serve as a Director on The Board of Ponce Bank and The NYHCC
