Hurricane Fiona has hit Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic as a category 1
and left the islands in devastation
With Hurricane Fiona battering the Caribbean, causing historic flooding and widespread power outages to both the islands of Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic . After these horrible catastrophes – where the citizens of both islands live and work – Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic are struggling to recover and in need of your help .
Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic now faces daily power outages and water rationing due to limited clean water available on the island. Thousands of people still have blue tarps on their homes, and many homes were lost from the earthquakes. Many senior citizens are left alone, without services and care they need.
HOW CAN YOU HELP
Our mission is to bring funds to the island to help the areas where the hurricane hit the hardest. Many people have lose access to electricity facing regular blackouts and buying bottled water instead of using a filter. The next few days are essential to get emergency services and supplies to those who need it most. Please donate today to help children and families across the island.
